You will learn a great deal about your job in the first 60 to 90 days. An astute candidate should be ready to get to work right away. They won't wait around to be shown the ropes before they begin studying and carrying out their duties.

This question demonstrates that you are a person who takes responsibility seriously. It shows that you are willing to prioritise your assigned tasks and give them your best effort.

3. What Activities Produce The Greatest Results For The Company?

This question demonstrates that you want to make a positive difference. It shows that you want to become an important asset to the business.

Every company has to invest in their employees, and every employee is an investment. The value they produce on a daily basis should be worth their salary.
