Industries on the rise

The latest Employment Trends Report from online career portal, SEEK, shows a 3.9% increase in jobs advertised this year compared to the same time last year.

Consulting and Strategy roles were out in front in October 2016 with a year-on-year increase of 26% and a mean advertised salary of $113,371.

This rise is predominantly due to a strong, flexible market seeking talent with niche skills; but how can you find the niche talent your organisation needs? Design and Construct seek to acquire talent from a pool of the best senior and mid-level management in the market, to help accomplish your strategic business goals.
